    kylie and jessica look pretty good without make up, they don’t look bad without but some of the didn’t look so good from bad pics or they were just downright ugly, or old looking

    make-up can really do great wonders, but these celebrities are just humans and they don’t have all the time to put on make-up. nobody can be perfectly beautiful, they’ll still have their own flaws. and, if i must say, you should have compared pictures within the same year. example for britney, it was pretty obvious that the “beautiful” picture was a super young britney, how can you compare it to a grown-up britney.
